Objectives of this Role:
1. Aspects of Recruiting to fill Clients orders
2. Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
3. Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
4. Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
5. Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met
6. Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
Daily and Weekly Responsibilities:
1. Call and send an email to the different manufacturing companies to bring in business as a new client
2. Stay on top of accounts, making sure they’re receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs3. Meet regularly with other members of the team to discuss
3. progress and find new ways to improve business
4. Generate progress reports to give to clients and higher-ups within the organization
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Some experience in recruiting sector
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
3. Good attention to detail and organizational skills
